KNEETOES — Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from our US warehouse. Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days — because we believe great shoes shouldn't keep you waiting.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day. Select products may ship from our international fulfilment centers and may take slightly longer.
Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with real-time tracking so you can follow every step.
If for any reason we're unable to ship within our stated timeline, we'll reach out promptly to keep you informed or issue a full refund.

 


 

2. Shipping Method & Carrier

We partner with leading carriers like UPS to ensure fast, reliable delivery across the United States. 
International shipments outside of USA may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon delivery.

 


 

3. Shipping Rates

Free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $100 or more.

Flat $7.99 shipping on orders under $100.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon delivery.


 

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also access your order status by logging into your Kneetoes account.

 


 

5. Delivery Issues

If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is missing, please check with neighbours and your local carrier office. 

If still not located after 48 hours, contact hello@kneetoes.us. 

Risk of loss passes to you upon the carrier’s delivery scan; we will assist with a trace or claim.


 


 

6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.
We cannot reroute packages once they are in transit, and replacements for incorrectly addressed shipments may incur additional charges.

 


 

7. Delays & Exceptions

While most orders arrive within the standard window, factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak-season volume can occasionally extend delivery times.
We’ll always do our best to keep you informed of any unexpected delays.
