We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products at any time.
Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

4. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected. We may use automated tools to detect fraud. If an order is canceled, we will promptly refund any amounts charged.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders generally ship within 2–3 business days. Standard transit times are 2–5 business days after dispatch.

If we cannot ship within our stated time or within 30 days, we will request your consent to a delay or offer a prompt refund.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days for unworn items in original condition, subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
Unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect, refunds are issued as store credit. Exchanges ship free within the U.S.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, images, and content on this Site are the property of Kneetoes USA and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission. If you believe content on the Site infringes your rights, contact support@kneetoes.us with “DMCA” in the subject line.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kneetoes USA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kneetoes and Saudagar LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the products giving rise to the claim. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Site.
